Horseshoe Racing’s Change of Control , winner of the April 10 Giant’s Causeway Stakes at Keeneland, heads an overflow field of 10 fillies and mares plus three also-eligibles for the $150,000 Unbridled Sidney Stakes April 29 at Churchill Downs.
Contested at 5 1/2 furlongs on the Matt Winn Turf Course, the Unbridled Sidney will share the spotlight on an 11-race program with the $130,000 Opening Verse Overnight Stakes for 4-year-olds and up going a mile on the turf.
Third to Unbridled Sidney also-eligible Ambassador Luna in last year’s off-the-turf race, Change of Control gave trainer Michelle Lovell her 500th career victory when she won the Giant’s Causeway by a length under Colby Hernandez, who has the return call from post 2.

Three Diamonds Farm’s Jakarta finished 4 1/2 lengths behind Into Mystic at Keeneland. Luis Saez retains the mount for trainer Mike Maker from post 6.
Team Valor International’s homebred grade 1 winner Oleksandra comes in off a runner-up finish in the Feb. 15 Wishing Well Stakes at Santa Anita Park. Joel Rosario has the call from post 4 for trainer Neil Drysdale on the Animal Kingdom mare, who is in foal to Into Mischief.
