Peter R. Bradley III has been acknowledged as one of the top bloodstock agents in America. Pete grew up on a cattle ranch in Northern California and attended the University of California at Davis. Soon his passion for racing would lead him to Hollywood Park, where he got his start, like most, walking hots. He quickly moved through the ranks on the Southern California circuit to become foreman and later assistant trainer to Gene Cleveland, where he worked with horses like Grade I winner Princess Karenda. Pete decided that his ultimate success in the thoroughbred industry would require a move to Kentucky. He accepted a position as farm manager for Brookdale Farm, and explored the business end of the industry during a four-year association with Cromwell Bloodstock Agency, where he was in charge of private sales. He was later lured away by world-renowned Lane’s End Farm, where he became the head of their Bloodstock Division. Since then Pete has cultivated his own business in the thoroughbred industry and has traded the world’s top horseflesh year after year. Bradley Thoroughbred’s has been a top performer with outstanding credentials since 1995, see accomplishments. Pete currently lives in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and has three children, Henry, Devon and Cavitt.
