BT has had two Maiden Special Weight runners at Parx so far in 2014 and both have come away with wins!
On July 21st HEBBRONVILLE debuted going 4 1/2 furlongs in a very sharp :51.00. It was a scintillating performance only .25 off of the track record. He got the win for Choctaw Racing Stable and trainer Lynn Whiting. He was originally purchased by the Bradley Thoroughbreds Pinhook Venture for $135,000 at the 2013 Fasig-Tipton July Yearling Sale. He was then resold at the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Sale for $250,000.

On August 10th DUKIN’ WITH DALE made his career bow in the 3rd race at Parx. He missed the break spotting the field a few lengths. He then got in to gear quickly settling fifth then progressing to third with three furlongs remaining. At the top of the stretch he made a commanding move to take over the lead late. He completed the five furlong race in :59.20. He was originally purchased for $160,000 at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale and always showed he had enormous talent. He was resold to a client for $50,000 in the OBS June Sale. Congratulations to David Charlton, Main Line Racing Stable, and John Servis!
