Bradley Thoroughbreds’ Pinhook Venture graduate VALUE VOUCHER (2012 c. by SUPER SAVER out of IM CLASSIC QUALITY) won a Maiden Special Weight at Arlington Park on June 20.
After breaking sharp from the 11th post position, the colt ran in third until jockey Florent Geroux guided him three wide as they rounded the final turn. VALUE VOUCHER battled MR.STEIN for a furlong down the stretch, pulling away to win by 1 1/2 lengths over RAPID RED.
VALUE VOUCHER was purchased for $85,000 at Fasig-Tipton July Yearling Sale, and sold as a Two-Year-Old in Training for $150,000 at OBS March 2014 by Eddie Woods Consignment. The colt is now owned by Patricia’s Hope LLC and trained by Larry Rivelli.
