The three-year-old colt Trade Secret (Yes It’s True) earned the first black-type victory of his career in today’s Peppyaddy S. at Parx. He becomes the first stakes winner for his dam Precious Jewell (Fortunate Prospect), whom Bradley Thoroughbreds selected and purchased–with Trade Secret in utero–at the 2007 Keeneland November Sale. BTB acquired the stakes-placed half-sister to champion Jewel Princess for $50,000 on behalf of Everett James. Trade Secret, bred in Pennsylvania by Chain Bridge Stable LLC, has now hit the board in five of seven starts and earned $110,558. (Trade Secret Chart 7-2-11)
